New system feature releases

Menus

1. Menu images are now automatically featured when printing bulk menu recipe specs. If no image is available, the recipe image will be featured.

2. Shopping list tool now has the option to multi-select ingredients and add full menus.

Select Menu
Actions
Generate Shopping List
Add Recipe.

My Ingredients 

1. New ingredients can now be created directly from the ‘My Ingredients’ page.

Existing Users – How To:

Create New Ingredient.

2. Full ingredients lists can now be quickly and easily exported.

Export Ingredients.

My Recipes

1. Preparation tab now includes option to add yield, further improving gross profit (GP) accuracy.

2. Improvements to layout and design of recipe spec PDFs to reduce file size and maximise space.

Recipe Prep Sheets 

1. All-new recipe prep sheets provide a “kitchen/chef-friendly” version of the recipe spec, including key information only – prep time, yield, ingredients and method.

Print Recipe Prep Sheet.

2. New bulk-print functionality allows users to print all prep sheets for a specified menu, with optional spec sheets for sub recipes.

Print All Recipe Prep Sheets.

Sub Recipes

Users can now view full sub recipe details within the main recipe, enhancing the user experience. Sub recipe detail includes full ingredients breakdown, as well as allergen and nutrition data for the ingredients within the sub recipe only.

Select recipe
Click + to expand dropdown and view sub recipe details.

Enhanced Error Notifications

Additional notifications now appear to highlight unapplied product or ingredient changes (i.e. changes to allergens).

Labels

To reduce wastage, a label printing offset tool has been implemented mean that labels can be printed on part-used labels sheets. Users can specific labels to skip to allow the printing of labels to begin from the first available label on the sheet.
